New official in the company

New officials or New joinees..always look the company and give a harsh streak from an onlookers point of view...
and want everything to be changed and presented to him/her in a more customized way...
Started arguing about whats not happening in the company in loud voice...Suggested some changes...trained some people..now afterwards..
Give the proposals to the management..which was appreciate much..but seriously given instructions that " are you thinking we are fools..we do not know all this; do your work and give results and management make himself busy with different work not related to his own scope"

slowly slowly ....The mechanism starts changing..the new joinee get old day by day.. know the processes and pathways...and now not get bothered much about the turnings and flaws in the limelight..adapted to the surroundings...
and now talk in a different sense..that "why to worry , we are not in a hurry...if you do not do nothing...dont blame on company...Blame on yourself..as being a part of the company, you are not contributing to the success of the same" Shame on you

The New Joinee..now changed his pathetic and ugly look in to a smiling face...follows a bit of laughter therapy..give a little consent to other things..always ready to get a change...

and always wait for a call "" Want to Change"

New Appointment and lessons at start

Lesson - 1
Be in your limits : While at work..if we are new...Our company HR will take us for a full round of the office..to let us know and put our eyes on the spree that this is your boundaries and limits..

Lesson - 2
Be AWARE of the People around you: The HR allows you to meet in starting days before allocating you a seat, its done to increase your self - awareness about the people around you...who can be your respective team members for project, friends to go out, with whom you can share lunch, with whom you can roam around , with whom you can fight ..

Lesson - 3
Your Dreams might not come true : After letting you roam around well....The HR first shows you your proposed seat which has a good lighting conditions and good temperature of AC also its not very approachable ..but when HR guided you to your seat..you find it a very messy , not cleaned, in a state where everybody can see you...

lesson - 4
Be ready for the Targets : The welcome kit given to you after allocation of seat..shows you that the company you are in ..is going from a very bad crises..and the poject given to you...has vanished most of employees job..now its your turn and you are only the person left in the division..One man army

and still you get lessons on the very next day when you meet higher management...

Lesson - 5
Its not your BABY and do not think to take the charge of the same: After you understand the whole scenario... higher management puts a feather in your cap and told you very frankly.."that make your own targets and think the company as if its your baby..we want to retire"..

and you exactly knows the value and deep meaning of these words after few meetings which can be stipulated as mentioned below:
"See Follow our targets...stick on them ..perform very well so that you always meet our expectations..the targets we told you are just an eye wash..actual targets are much higher that that....Company will not treat as a baby..start work...give results...Dont even think we ll train you......We do not want to retire...well always be there behind you...and donot even dare to daydream, that you may be promoted....as you must not..."

Extraa Office Hrs

We always have a habit to talk about of our home in office and of office in our homes..complete human mentality actually complete Indian Human Working class mentality.

We get good appraisals or good words, not because we worked well in our office, even if we worked worse in our office and worked well for Boss's Home ....we get appraisals

Like the way we always busy in checking our personals mails in office and officials mails at home..Its quite interesting..
We ll work irrespective of our environment...that many smart companies have given the liberty to work from home..so to increase efficiency of its employees...
Being in home..they feel away from office..they always think about work then...
